Naravno mozete pola maslac pol ulje ili samo u ulje, ali preporucujem da probate samo sa maslacem<\/p>\n<p>Kupite obavezno dimljenu pancetu\/slaninu. Ako zelite proci jeftinije mozete kupiti i dimljenu sunku.<br \/>\nKrumpir skuhati u kori. Dovoljno je oko 20 minuta. Nije ga potrebno skroz skuhati jer ce se dovrsiti tokom przenja.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se ohladi, zatim oguliti i narezati na ploske. Ploske stavite u hladnjak da se potpuno ohlade. Luk i pancetu nasjeckati na sitno.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti maslac u dublju siroku tavu i zagrijati, kad se otopi dodati luk, pancetu, grancicu ruzmarina.<br \/>\nPrziti oko 7-10 minuta, da panceta postane hrskava i luk potamni i karamelizira se.<br \/>\nZadnju minutu przenja dodati cesnjak. Na kraju ocijediti luk. cesnjak i pancetu, izvaditi grancicu ruzmarina.<br \/>\nMasnocu vratiti u tavu i zagrijati da bude jako vruce.<br \/>\nSada dodati narezan krumpir. Krumpir nemojte samo nabacati jedno preko drugog, najbolje je da svi komadi budu u dodiru sa dnom tave da se fino i jednako ispecu.<\/p>\n<p>Prziti dok krumpir ne dobije finu zlatnu boju.
