Sa svojim okusom i prezentacijom, ovaj rolat \u0107e biti zvijezda va\u0161ih stolova i svakako ga morate isprobati.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci :<\/p>\n<p>Koristila sam \u0161olju od 200 ml<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\nPola \u0161olje \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nPola \u0161olje tople vode<br \/>\n1,5 \u0161olja bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n3 \u0161olje mlijeka<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike gustina (\u0161kroba)<br \/>\nPola \u0161olje \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika putera<br \/>\n1 \u0161lag krema<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\n1,5 banane<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nZa kremu, u odgovaraju\u0107u \u0161erpu stavite mlijeko, \u0161e\u0107er, jaja, bra\u0161no i \u0161krob i dobro promije\u0161ajte. Na srednjoj vatri stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i kuvajte dok se ne zgusne. Skinite sa vatre, dodajte puter i vaniliju, dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu, prekrijte je plasti\u010dnom folijom i stavite u fri\u017eider da se potpuno ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Za biskvit, u jednu posudu umutite bjelanjke sa malo \u0161e\u0107era. U drugu posudu umutite \u017eumanjke sa preostalim \u0161e\u0107erom, dodajte vodu i prosijano bra\u0161no, dobro promije\u0161ajte. Zatim dodajte umu\u0107ene bjelanjke i sve lagano sjedinite.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremljenu smjesu izlijte na pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i stavite u prethodno zagrejanu pe\u0107nicu na 180\u00b0C da se pe\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010deni biskvit polako, bez previ\u0161e stiskanja, zamotajte u kuhinjsku krpu zajedno sa papirom za pe\u010denje i ostavite da se hladi 40-45 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se krema ohladi, dodajte \u0161lag i umutite. Kremu nanesite na biskvit, stavite ise\u010dene banane, prelijte ostatkom kreme i po \u017eelji na povr\u0161ini pravite ukrase vilju\u0161kom.
