Vodu ostavite jer u njoj mo\u017eete odmah da skuvate \u0161e\u0107erac (5 minuta) i kada i njega izvadite iz vode u istoj skuvajte i spana\u0107 (5 minuta).<br \/>\nBeli luk izvadite jer nam je poslu\u017eio samo za blagu aromu. Vreo krompir izgnje\u010dite kao za pire i ostavite da se smla\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte mlevene krekere, majonez i sve rukom dobro sjedinite. Dobije se oko 1500 g testa, tako da za svaki rolat je potrebno oko 500 g.<br \/>\nOstali sastojci mogu biti po va\u0161em ukusu. Evo nekih kombinacija:<\/p>\n<p>1.rolat<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica kurkume (za testo), 50 g spana\u0107a, 100 g posnog majoneza, so po ukusu<br \/>\nTesto izmesite sa kurkumom. Izme\u0111u dva pek papira razvaljajte oklagijom, sklonite gornji papir pa prema\u017eite iseckanim spana\u0107em u koji ste ume\u0161ali majonez i malko posolili. Umotajte uz pomo\u0107 papira i ostavite do sutradan.<\/p>\n<p>2.rolat<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika origana(za testo), 3 ka\u0161ike ke\u010dapa, 180 g tunjevine<br \/>\nTesto umesite sa origanom i kao i predhodni razvucite oklagijom. Izme\u0161ajte tunjevinu i ke\u010dap pa prema\u017eite i urolajte. Ostavite da se hladi.<\/p>\n<p>3.rolat<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ajvara (za testo), 200 g kukuruza \u0161e\u0107erca, 100 g majoneza<br \/>\nTesto umesite sa ajvarom, razvucite.
