Veliki pleh od elektri\u010dnog \u0161poreta oblo\u017eiti pek papirom i ostaviti ga na stranu. U vanglicu sipati , ulje, dodati vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i sitno narendanu koricu od jednog limuna. Prome\u0161ati ka\u0161ikom. Dodati polovinu koli\u010dine bra\u0161na i pra\u0161ak za pecivo pa ka\u0161ikom prome\u0161ati. Ubaciti i ostatak bra\u0161na i rukom zamesiti testo. Testo prebaciti na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i uz dodavanje dve ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na umesiti mekano testo. Testo izdu\u017eiti u valjkasti oblik i podeliti ga na 25 delova. Od svakog dela oblikovati lopticu.<\/p>\n<p>2. Rernu uklju\u010diti da se zagreje na 200 stepeni. Uzeti jednu lopticu testa staviti je na dlan ruke i ispretiskati je da se napravi krug debljine 2-3 mm. Na sredinu kruga staviti po pola ka\u0161i\u010dice d\u017eema od \u0161ljiva (ili d\u017eema po va\u0161em izboru) pa krajeve testa prebaciti preko fila i blago ih sastaviti. Ru\u017eice pore\u0111ati u pripremljeni pleh. Staviti da se pe\u010du 16 minuta, da zadr\u017ee svetlu boju.
