S posebnim naglaskom na vo\u0107ne i ora\u0161aste note, ovaj desert je prava poslastica koja \u0107e odu\u0161eviti svakog sladokusca. <\/p>\n<p>Biskvit<br \/>\n6 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n150 g sitnog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n40 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n20 g mljevene plazme<br \/>\n2 kafene ka\u0161ikice<br \/>\npra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n150 g oraha<br \/>\n100 g hurmi (datulja)<br \/>\n100 g suhih smokvi<br \/>\n30 g gro\u017e\u0111ica <\/p>\n<p>Fil<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n150 g sitnog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<br \/>\n180 g maslaca <\/p>\n<p>Za dekoraciju<br \/>\n200 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag <\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladna glazura<br \/>\n70 g \u010dokolade + 20 g maslaca <\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nNasjeckamo suho vo\u0107e, sameljemo orahe s tim da 50 g grubo nasje\u010demo. Rernu upaliti na 180 stepeni.<br \/>\nUmutiti snijeg od bjelanjaka sa dodatkom par zrna soli, zatim dodati \u0161e\u0107er pa mutiti mikserom da se dobije \u010dvrsta smjesa. Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, mljeveni keks i pra\u0161ak za pecivo pa dodati u snijeg, mije\u0161ati lopaticom, a ne mikserom. <\/p>\n<p>Istresti mljevene orahe i suho vo\u0107e pa sve fino ujedna\u010diti. Tako dobijenu masu istresti na pleh oblo\u017een pek papirom i pe\u0107i oko 10 &#8211; 15 minuta, tj. dok kora ne porumeni. Dimenzije pleha su 40 x 36. <\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010deni biskvit ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi. <\/p>\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu pripremimo fil. \u017dumanca i jaje dobro umutimo sa \u0161e\u0107erom da pobijele i tako ih kuhamo na pari stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Kada vidimo da je smjesa skuhana skinemo sa pare i u to umije\u0161amo \u010dokoladu za kuhanje koju smo prije isjekli na sitno da se prije otopi. Fil od jaja i \u010dokolade ostavimo da se ohladi i tek onda mu dodamo omek\u0161ali maslac. Pazimo da su i maslac i fil iste temperature. Ovo radimo mikserom. <\/p>\n<p>Koru isje\u010demo na tri dijela i filujemo. Tortu nama\u017eemo i okolo i ostavimo je u fri\u017eider da se dobro stegne. <\/p>\n<p>Kada je torta ohla\u0111ena ukrasimo je sa slatkim vrhnjem i \u010dokoladnom glazurom ili kako vi ve\u0107 volite. Za \u010dokoladnu glazuru na pari otopimo maslac i \u010dokoladu, dobro izmije\u0161amo i neka se malo ohladi pa prelijemo preko torte. <\/p>\n<p>Od ove koli\u010dine sastojaka dobijemo sasvim solidnu tortu dimenzija 13 cm x 33 cm i visine 7 cm. U slu\u010daju da vam je ovo malo poduplajte sve sastojke i pecite dva biskvita. Od svakog odre\u017eite jednu tre\u0107inu i tako imate tri kore. Ovu koju ste sastavili mo\u017eete staviti u sredinu.
