Tekstura poga\u010de je delikatna i nje\u017ena, poput meko\u0107e du\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>POTREBNI SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>Za izradu ovog recepta trebat \u0107e vam sljede\u0107i sastojci: 2 jaja, 1 \u0161alica jogurta, 50 g kvasca, 2 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era, 2 \u017eli\u010dice soli, otprilike 700-800 g bra\u0161na (tip 400 Smooth) i 2 \u0161alice voda.<br \/>\nSvijetlim margarinom namazano je 150 g susama za posip.<\/p>\n<p>KAKO PRIPREMITI ZKUSNU JOGURT POGA\u010cU?<\/p>\n<p>Za pripremu pomije\u0161ajte kvasac i \u0161e\u0107er u mlakoj vodi, mije\u0161ajte da se otopi i ostavite da se natopi.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, jaja, sol, jogurt i kiseli kvasac u posudi za mije\u0161anje i mijesite dok se ne dobije tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite tijesto da odstoji 5 minuta prije nego \u0161to ga razvaljate u pravokutni oblik, debljine otprilike 5 mm. Tijesto obilato prema\u017eite margarinom.<\/p>\n<p>Napravite rolice umotavaju\u0107i sastojke.
