Uvijek ponovno neodoljiva aroma za nas i rado joj se vr\u0107amo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sastojci 4 osobe<br \/>2 re\u017enji\u0107a \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>4-5 crvene paprike ve\u0107e<br \/>1\/2 \u017eute paprike<br \/>1\/2 zelene paprike<br \/>3 tikvice<br \/>malo maslinovog ulja+ putra<br \/>1 konzerva kukuruza \u0161e\u0107erca (\u0161to vi\u0161e to bolje)<br \/>1-2 vre\u010dice mje\u0161avin mexi\u010dkih za\u010dina \u2013 burito ili fajita<br \/>1-2 dcl vode po preporuci na vre\u0107ici za\u010dina<br \/>0,5 kg sira gaude naribanog<br \/>paket ve\u0107ih tortilja<br \/>chily prah<br \/>1-2 komada cijelog pile\u0107eg filea<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>Priprema<br \/>1.<br \/>Na mje\u0161avini putra i maslinovog ulja podinstati \u0161tapi\u0107asto narezani pile\u0107i file<br \/>2.<br \/>Dodati sitno narezane paprike<br \/>3.<br \/>Kad se malo podinstaju dodati \u010de\u0161njak, kukuruz<br \/>4.<br \/>Dodati za\u010din i podliti vodom po uputi<br \/>5.<br \/>Dodati nasjeckanih tikvica na malo ve\u0107e kockice nego za francusku salatu(njih zadnje jer su najbr\u017ee gotove), dodati jo\u0161 \u010dilija i soli po ukusu<br \/>6.<br \/>prodinstati dok su tkvice na pola mekane 3-5 minuta (ako treba jo\u0161 malo vodom podliti da bude dosta teku\u0107e da bi se tortilje mogle omek\u0161ati i natopiti dovoljno)<br \/>7.<br \/>U vatrostalnoj zdjeli dno malo nauljiti i slagati red tortilja, red dinstanog povr\u0107a, red naribanog gaude i to ponavljati dok ima mase i na kraju do\u0111e red tortilja koje se ipak malo sa ovim sokom prekriju da se ne zasu\u0161e kod pe\u010denja<br \/>8.<br \/>\u0160to vi\u0161e sira se nariba to bolje<br \/>9.<br \/>Tako\u0111er \u0161to vi\u0161e kukuruza to bolje<br \/>10.<br \/>musaka se stavi pe\u0107i vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu 30-35 minuta<br \/>Ovako je radi kristina1<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ovo jelo ja dosta zaljutim ,jer tako obo\u017eavam. Nadam se da imate gdje kupiti te mexi\u010dke za\u010dine, ako ne pro\u010ditala sam na njima da su smjesa origana,luka, kumina, ljute paprike mljevene i to sve u prahu. Zamrzavala sam ga gotovog pa se onda samo odmrzne i ugrije u pe\u0107nici. Preporu\u010dam za ovo jelo gotove tortilje, snjima je isprobano super. Danas sam prvi put radila doma\u0107e pa se ne pona\u0161aju tako dobro kao gotove.
