Prelepa!<\/p>\n<p>Za fil :<br \/>\n250 gr maslaca<br \/>\n125 gr margarina<br \/>\n250 gr prah \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n16 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n250 gr \u010dokolade za kuvanje<\/p>\n<p>Za kore (peku se \u010detiri ovakve, u kalupu pre\u010dnika 28 cm):<br \/>\n4 belanaca<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2,5 ka\u0161ike fila<br \/>\n75 gr mlevenih oraha<\/p>\n<p>Gana\u0161 za prelivanje torte:<br \/>\n120 gr slatke pavlake<br \/>\n100 gr \u010dokolade<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Za ovu tortu prvo treba napraviti fil: Maslac i margarin penasto umutiti mikserom, pa<br \/>\ndodati prah \u0161e\u0107er. Mutiti jo\u0161 malo, pa dodati 16 \u017eumanaca (prilikom razbijanja jaja,<br \/>\nbelanca odmah rasporedite u 4 posude po 4, jer \u0107e to biti za 4 kore). Rastopiti 250 gr<br \/>\n\u010dokolade za kuvanje, pa i nju dodati u fil sa \u017eumancima. Ostaviti da se malo prohladi<br \/>\n(jer je \u010dokolada vrela).<\/p>\n<p>1. Kore: Za ovu tortu peku se 4 kore od po 4 belanaca, 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era, 2,5 ka\u0161ike fila i 75<br \/>\ngr oraha. Belanca ulupati u \u010dvrst sneg, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i jo\u0161 malo lupati. Kad se dodaju<\/p>\n<p>orasi i fil, treba ne\u017eno i pa\u017eljivo izme\u0161ati smesu, pa je pa\u017eljivo istresti u kalup 28, u koji<br \/>\nje stavljen peki papir. Kore uvek pe\u010dem na peki papiru, jer ih tako lak\u0161e odvajam od<br \/>\nkalupa.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kore se peku od 14-16 minuta svaka, na 180 stepeni. Napomena: jednostavnija<br \/>\nvarijanta ove torte je da se u plehu dimenzija 25 x 39 cm ispeku dve kore od po 8 jaja,<br \/>\npa da se preseku po du\u017eoj strani (kao na slikama 3, 4 i 6), a fil ostaje isti.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ohla\u0111ene kore filovati ostatkom fila, a tortu preliti gana\u0161 kremom: ugrejati u \u0161erpici<br \/>\nslatku pavlaku, do vrenja, skloniti sa vatre, pa u nju ubaciti \u010dokoladu izlomljenu na<br \/>\nkockice, i me\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada ne istopi. Ostaviti da se malo prohladi i zgusne, pa<br \/>\npreliti tortu.
