Zatim ocjediti vodu u kojoj je pasulj potapan, pa pasulj staviti u pogodnu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>posudu, naliti hladnom vodom tako da ogrezne i kuhati 10-15 minuta, poslije \u010dega ocijediti vodu pa naliti vrelom vodom tako da ogrezne, dodati polovinu sitno sjeckanog crnog luka i ostaviti da huha uz povremeno dolivanje tople vode.<br>\nU polovinu vrele masno\u0107e dodati ostatak sitno sjeckanog crvenog luka i mrkvu, sje\u010denu na sitnije kockice ili rendisanu, i sve zajedno pr\u017eiti da blago porumeni. Kada je pasulj upola kuvan, dodati ispr\u017eeni crni luk i mrkvu, su\u0161enu papriku, prethodno potopljenu dva \u010dasa u hladnoj vodi, i lovorov list. Preostalu masno\u0107u zagrijati, dodati bra\u0161no i pr\u017eiti da blago porumeni. kada bra\u0161no porumeni, isklju\u010diti toplotu pa odmah dodati tucani i sitno sjeckani bijeli luk i papriku u prahu i sve dobro izmje\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada pasulj omek\u0161a, dodati dodatak jelima, posloti i zapr\u017eiti pripremljenom zapr\u0161kom, uz stalno mje\u0161anje pasulja da se zapr\u0161ka ne zgrudva. Pasulj sa zapr\u0161kom kuhati jo\u0161 20-ak minuta, poslije \u010dega isklju\u010diti toplotu, dodati samljeveni biber, sitno sjeckani per\u0161unov list, probati ukus i po potrebi dosoliti.<br>\nPasulj se mo\u017ee slu\u017eiti kao samostalno jelo ili kao prilog uz \u0161irane \u0161nicle, \u0107ufte, dinstanu govedinu, i sl.
