Jednostavno, jeftino i veoma so\u010dno!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci potrebni za pile\u0107i file:<br \/>\n3 pile\u0107a prsa bez kostiju i ko\u017ee<br \/>\n2 \u017elice maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n2 \u017elice maslaca<br \/>\n5 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka, mljevenog (upotrijebiti u porcijama)<br \/>\n1 veliki luk, nasjeckan<br \/>\n\u00bd \u0161alice pile\u0107e juhe ili vode<br \/>\n\u00bd \u0161alice gustog vrhnja<br \/>\nsvje\u017ei per\u0161in, nasjeckani<br \/>\nSok od \u00bd limuna<br \/>\nSol i svje\u017ee mljeveni crni papar, po ukusu<br \/>\nMu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107, po ukusu (po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n<p>KAKO SE PRIPREMA?<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite piletinu. Pile\u0107a prsa osu\u0161ite papirnatim ru\u010dnicima i obilno za\u010dinite solju i paprom. Ulijte pile\u0107i temeljac ili vodu i promije\u0161ajte kako biste ostrugali zape\u010dene komadi\u0107e s dna posude. Zakuhajte i kuhajte 2-3 minute, ili dok se teku\u0107ina malo ne reducira.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte sastojke za umak i pustite da zavrije. Dodajte vrhnje, limunov sok, nasjeckani per\u0161in i ostatak nasjeckanog \u010de\u0161njaka (1 \u010de\u0161anj).
