{"id":2508,"date":"2019-06-03T21:14:59","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T21:14:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=2508"},"modified":"2019-06-03T21:15:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T21:15:00","slug":"prave-ljetne-snicle-za-danasnji-rucak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=2508","title":{"rendered":"PRAVE LJETNE \u0160NICLE ZA DANA\u0160NJI RU\u010cAK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Sastojci:<br> 300 gr tikvica<br> 50 gr sira (ja sam stavila Edamac)<br> za\u010dini: sol, papar<br> 100 gr glatkog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 jaja<br>\nkiselo vrhnje malo soli \u2013 kao prilog uz pope\u010dke)<br>\nulje (za pr\u017eenje pope\u010daka)<br>\nmlijeko (prema potrebi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<br>\nTikvice operite, ogulite i naribajte.<br>\nSir tako\u0111er naribajte na trakice.<br>\nU zdjelu stavite naribane tikvice i sir te dodajte jaja, bra\u0161no, sol i papar.<br>\nBra\u0161na stavite oko 100 grama i sve zajedno pomije\u0161ajte dobro da dobijete kompaktnu smjesu.<br>\nPrema potrebi, ako je smjesa prerijetka dodajte jo\u0161 bra\u0161na a ako je smjesa pregusta mo\u017eete dodati malo mlijeka da razrijedite smjesu.<br>\nTako pripremljenu smjesu ostavite da odstoji nekih 10 minuta<br>\nNakon \u0161to smjesa odstoji, mo\u017eete po\u010deti s pr\u017eenjem pope\u010daka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ve\u0107u tavicu ulijte ulje i stavite na vatru da se zagrije.<br>\nPope\u010dke pr\u017eite u vru\u0107em ulju i oblikujte ih \u017elicom pa jedan po jedan stavljajte na ulje i pecite, turu po turu dok ne potro\u0161ite svu smjesu.
