Sa savr\u0161enom kombinacijom brokule, krompira i sirastog be\u0161amel sosa, ovo jelo \u0107e postati va\u0161 novi favorit!<\/p>\n<p>POTREBNI SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n1 brokula (oko 350 g)<br \/>\n800 g krompira<br \/>\n40 g parmezana<br \/>\n100 g mozzarele<br \/>\nBiljno ulje<br \/>\nSol<\/p>\n<p>Za be\u0161amel sos:<br \/>\n50 g putera<br \/>\n50 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\nSol<br \/>\n1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice ruzmarina<\/p>\n<p>NA\u010cIN PRIPREME:<br \/>\nPripremite sastojke:<br \/>\nBrokoli operite i nare\u017eite na male cvjeti\u0107e.<br \/>\nKrompir oguliti i ise\u0107i na kri\u0161ke.<br \/>\nNarendajte parmezan.<br \/>\nNare\u017eite mocarela sir.<br \/>\nSkuvati brokoli i krompir:<br \/>\nStavite lonac slane vode da proklju\u010da.<br \/>\nDodajte cvjeti\u0107e brokule i kuhajte 2 minute, a zatim izvadite i ostavite sa strane.<br \/>\nDodajte kri\u0161ke krompira u isti tiganj i kuvajte 7 minuta dok ne omek\u0161aju. Ocijedite i ostavite sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>Napravite be\u0161amel sos:<br \/>\nOtopite puter u \u0161erpi na laganoj vatri.<br \/>\nDodajte bra\u0161no i kuvajte, neprestano me\u0161aju\u0107i, nekoliko minuta, dok se ne me\u0161a.<br \/>\nPostepeno sipajte mleko uz stalno me\u0161anje da se ne stvore grudvice.<br \/>\nZa\u010dinite solju i ruzmarinom i nastavite kuhati dok se sos malo ne zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite posudu:<br \/>\nZagrijte rernu na 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\nPodma\u017eite lim za pe\u010denje biljnim uljem.<br \/>\nPo\u010dnite re\u0111ati sastojke u posudu za pe\u010denje: po\u010dnite sa slojem krompira, pa krompir prelijte sa malo bijelog sosa.<br \/>\nU sos dodajte sloj brokule i pospite naribanim parmezanom.<br \/>\nPonavljajte slojeve dok se ne utro\u0161e svi sastojci, a na vrhu sloj mocarela sira.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u0107i:<br \/>\nStavite pleh u zagrejanu rernu i pecite 35 minuta ili dok se sir ne rastopi i porumeni, a vrh ne porumeni.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eiti:<br \/>\nNakon pe\u010denja izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi nekoliko minuta.<br \/>\nUkusnu brokulu i pe\u010deni krompir poslu\u017eite tople i po \u017eelji ukrasite svje\u017eim za\u010dinskim biljem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Spremite se da nau\u010dite jedan divan i brz recept za brokue!
