{"id":24115,"date":"2024-03-10T15:07:54","date_gmt":"2024-03-10T14:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=24115"},"modified":"2024-03-10T15:07:54","modified_gmt":"2024-03-10T14:07:54","slug":"halvastara-bosanska-poslastica-njamnjamm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=24115","title":{"rendered":"Halva,stara bosanska poslastica.. njam,njamm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n\u2013 110 gr. maslaca<br \/>\n\u2013 110 gr. brasna<br \/>\n\u2013 110 gr. secera<br \/>\n\u2013 220 ml. vode<br \/>\n\u2013 orasi za posipanje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Prije nego sto pocnete praviti prvo izmjerite sve sastojke.<br \/>\nSecer i vodu sastavite i ostavite na stranu.<br \/>\nU serpu rastopite maslac i kad pocnu da se stvaraju mjehurici, smanjite temparaturu, dodajte brasno.<\/p>\n<p>Sa drvenom kasikom pecite brasno oko 10-ak minuta, dok ne dobijete njezno smedju boju.<br \/>\nKad je brasno u pola peceno stavite da Vam prokuha secer i voda, i kuhajte par minuta ne vise.<br \/>\nGotovo proprzeno brasno stavite na stranu sa drvenom kasikom unutra.<\/p>\n<p>U lijevoj ruci drzite poklopac od serpe a u desnoj zaljev.<br \/>\nBrasno zalite sa toplim zaljevom i odmah prekrijte sa poklopcom, pazite pri tom ruke.<br \/>\nNakon par sekundi kad se masa \u201csmiri\u201d brzo drvenom kasikom promijesajte halvu da ne bude grudvica.<\/p>\n<p>Ovako izgleda. Halva treba da se odvaja od kasike.
