Izribala sam ih toplom vodom grubom stranom sun\u0111era i ostavila u rastvoru sode bikarbone nekoliko sati (2 ka\u0161ike sode na 2 litre vode). To mo\u017eete u\u010diniti u velikoj posudi ili sudoperu.<br \/>\nO\u010distite narand\u017ee, ostavite prekrasnu koru neo\u0161te\u0107enom. Sa unutra\u0161nje strane kore ukloniti \u0161to je mogu\u0107e vi\u0161e bele kore (belu koru ukloniti jer sadr\u017ei gor\u010dinu), deo kore pomorand\u017ee istanjiti, a zatim sitno iseckati koru. Potrebno je 200 g \u010diste kore.<br \/>\nNarand\u017ee tako\u0111e nasjeckajte.<\/p>\n<p>U tiganj dodajte seckane pomorand\u017ee, koricu i \u0161e\u0107er. Kuvajte na laganoj vatri uz povremeno me\u0161anje. Nakon pola sata sve sameljite \u0161tapnim blenderom ili izvadite \u0161upljikavom ka\u0161ikom i izmiksajte na male komadi\u0107e. Nastavite kuhati dok se d\u017eem ne zgusne, mije\u0161aju\u0107i da ne zagori.<\/p>\n<p>Ja obi\u010dno ovu koli\u010dinu vo\u0107a kuvam na laganoj vatri oko sat i po da dobijem gu\u0161\u0107i d\u017eem. Vo\u0107e nisam miksala do kraja jer volim da osjetim koricu i komadi\u0107e narand\u017ee u pekmezu.<br \/>\nKada je d\u017eem gotov, \u010diste, suve tegle i poklopce stavite u posudu za pe\u010denje i zagrejte u rerni na 100 stepeni. Vru\u0107i d\u017eem izvadite i sipajte u vru\u0107e tegle. Korisno je nositi rukavice da se ne ope\u010dete \ud83d\ude42 Napunjene tegle vratite u rernu, ponovo ih zagrejte na 100 stepeni da d\u017eem dobije koricu, pa ostavite u zatvorenoj rerni da se ohlade. Slede\u0107eg dana zatvorite poklopac i d\u017eem \u010duvajte na hladnom mestu.<\/p>\n<p>Odli\u010dnog je ukusa! Gorko-slatka aroma pomorand\u017ee najbolje ide uz neke bitne deserte, poput krostata, tartova, a nedavno sam ovim d\u017eemom punila kola\u010de od vanile koje su mi ostale od pro\u0161le godine i koje su se odli\u010dno odr\u017eale.<br \/>\nNaime, moram naglasiti da ljeti sve d\u017eemove dr\u017eim u fri\u017eideru, a zimi na hladnom mjestu, jer ne koristim konzervanse i koli\u010dina \u0161e\u0107era nije velika.<\/p>\n<p>Ranije sam gledao razne recepte u kojima se dodaje voda ili cije\u0111ene narand\u017ee i koristi se sok od pomorand\u017ee. Mislim da je nepotrebno i \u0161teta razbla\u017eiti delikatnu aromu dodavanjem vode, za\u0161to ne koristiti celo vo\u0107e, samo treba da se kuva. Ali trud se isplati jer dobijete zaista divan d\u017eem.
