Kad dobijete pufnastu i sjajnu kremicu umiksati \u0161e\u0107er \u2013 malo po malo. Dodati kiselo vrhnje i rum, dobro razraditi, potom umijesiti bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak. Tijesto \u0107e biti meko, sjajno i podatno. Mo\u017eete valjati odmah, a mo\u017ee vas i pri\u010dekati u hladnjaku. Ja valjam odmah.<br \/>\nLagano pobra\u0161niti silikonsku podlogu i baciti se na posao \u2013 tijesto podijeliti na 6 jednakih dijelova, rukom oblikovati mali pravokutnik i valjati tankooo. Ide jako brzo jer je tijesto svileno\u2026 da dodatno ne bra\u0161nite \u2013 preko tijesta stavite prozirnu foliju i valjajte skroz koliko ide \u2013 moje kore su cca 30x40cm. Prebacite zajedno sa silikonskom podlogom na okrenutu stranu lima za pe\u010denje i stavite u vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu (180*C). Dok poprimi laganu \u017eu\u0107kastu boju po rubovima, gotova je! U mojoj pe\u0107nici je to nekih 4-5 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010dene vru\u0107e kore preokrenuti na radnu podlogu i staviti lim za pe\u010denje na njih \u2013 da ih ujedna\u010di. Optere\u0107ujte ih do kraja, tj. dok se sve ne ispeku. Maknite lim i pustite ih da se ohlade.<br \/>\nMljevene lje\u0161njake (sa allspice mje\u0161avinom za\u010dina) pretvoriti u maslac\/namaz \u2013 u mlin\u010di\u0107u za kavu. Zakuhati vrhnje za kuhanje, baileys i polovicu mlijeka, otopiti bijelu kuverturu, Linoladu Nougat i maslac od lje\u0161njaka. U ostatku mlijeka razmutiti pra\u0161ak za puding, \u0161krobno bra\u0161no i \u0161e\u0107er. Zakuhati \u010dvrstu kremu, u vru\u0107u umije\u0161ati maslac, sjediniti.<\/p>\n<p>Kremu podijeliti na 5 jednakih dijelova (ja ih stavim u 5 zdjelica i svaku prekrijem sa komadi\u0107em folije da mi se ne stvori korica). Filati odmah! Kad \u0161patulicom zagladite kremu i stavite koru, uzmite valjak i njime lagano pritisnite koru, tako \u0107e se krema ispod ravnomjerno rasporediti. I tako do kraja\u2026 nije potrebno optere\u0107ivati kola\u010d, kore su meke i treba im svega par sati da omek\u0161aju! Ostaviti preko no\u0107i u hladnjaku, sutradan glazirati.<\/p>\n<p>Za glazuru se svi sastojci otope u MW ili na pari, i glazura se odmah prelije preko kola\u010da. \u017dlicom zagladiti i lupnuti o stol da se ravnomjerno rasporedi. Odmah posipati lje\u0161njake\u2026 za tridesetak minuta ve\u0107 mo\u017eete rezati kola\u010d.
