{"id":23542,"date":"2024-02-10T13:09:51","date_gmt":"2024-02-10T12:09:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=23542"},"modified":"2026-01-07T15:00:36","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T14:00:36","slug":"hljeb-7-dana-po-mojoj-starici-recept-za-solju-takav-hljeb-ne-mozete-kupiti-u-prodavnici-odrzace-vas-mekanim-cijelu-nedelju","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=23542","title":{"rendered":"Hljeb 7 dana po mojoj starici \u2013 recept za \u0161olju: Takav hljeb ne mo\u017eete kupiti u prodavnici, odr\u017ea\u0107e vas mekanim cijelu nedelju!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moja baka je pravila ovaj kruh i zaista \u0107e vam izdr\u017eati cijelu sedmicu.<br \/>\nPravim ga ve\u0107 20 godina, preporu\u010dujem svima koji \u017eele po\u0161ten doma\u0107i hleb.<\/p>\n<p>Danas sam se sjetila ovog recepta jer ga je jedna gospo\u0111a spomenula u jednoj kuharskoj grupi i zato sam odlu\u010dila da vam pi\u0161em.<\/p>\n<p>Po meni takve recepte ne treba zaboraviti, rijetki su i jako dobri. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Trebamo:<br \/>\n3 \u0161olje obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na (mi koristimo 00 bra\u0161no \u2013 ja koristim Pohronsky Ruskov)<br \/>\n20 g svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica celog kima<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<br \/>\n1 i 1\/4 \u0161olje vode<\/p>\n<p>Opciono:<br \/>\nKumin<br \/>\nSeme<br \/>\nKrupno zrnasta so<\/p>\n<p>pristup:<\/p>\n<p>Nastavljamo kao i kod pripreme klasi\u010dnog tijesta.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161amo kvasac iz malo tople vode, kvasac i \u0161e\u0107er \u2013 pri\u010dekamo da iza\u0111e.<br \/>\nZatim sve zajedno obradimo \u2013 dobro promije\u0161amo rukama.<br \/>\nOstavite da se di\u017ee najmanje 3 sata (ja ostavljam i du\u017ee).<br \/>\nZa ovaj hleb va\u017ei pravilo da \u0161to se testo du\u017ee di\u017ee, to \u0107e posle pe\u010denja imati vi\u0161e rupa.<\/p>\n<p>Rernu smo zagrejali na 250 stepeni.<br \/>\nDignuto tijesto oblikujte u hljebove i stavite na pleh ili posudu oblo\u017eenu papirom za pe\u010denje, ili klasi\u010dno premazanu svinjskom ma\u0161\u0107u ili uljem.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je da se hleb pravilno ispe\u010de (odnosno na odgovaraju\u0107oj temperaturi), pa ga prvih 15 minuta pe\u010demo na temperaturi od 250 stepeni.<br \/>\nZatim smanjite temperaturu na 220 stepeni i pecite jo\u0161 35 minuta.<br \/>\nSvaka pe\u0107nica se pe\u010de druga\u010dije, ali bi trebalo biti dovoljno + \u2013 5 minuta.<br \/>\nVru\u0107i hljeb iz rerne prema\u017eite vodom i ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\n\u010cuvamo ga kao klasi\u010dno pecivo, ukusno je!
