Secera<br>\n5 Dolcela Pudinga od Karamele*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 gr. Putera<br>\n500 gr. Slaga<br>\n500 ml. Kisele Vode<br>\n600 gr. Turskog Keksa Petitbeurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema<br>\n1.<br>\nOdvojiti 2 dl. mlijeka i dodajte 5 vrecica pudinga i dvije kasike secera. Ostaviti sa strane.<br>\n2.<br>\nOstatak secera (12 punih kasika) istopiti da se dobije karamel i u to dodati vrelo, prijethodno ugrejano, mlijeko. Kad se sve dobro sjedini i provri, dodati smjesu sa pudingom. Kuhati dok se ne zgusne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite puding da se ohladi i sjedinite sa izmiksanim puterom.<br>\n3.<br>\nPosebno umutite 500 gr. slaga sa kiselom vodom.<br>\nZatim redajte tortu u tepsiju (35 x 25 cm.): Keks, Fil, Slag \u2013 Keks, Fil, Slag itd.
