Kad je kvasac narastao prebacite ga u bra\u0161no te uz dodavanje preostalog toplog mlijeka zamijesite glatko tijesto. Na samom kraju dodajte ulje, oblikujte kuglu pa ostavite pokrivenu da naraste. Ukoliko vam prostorija nije topla, tijesto pokriveno kuhinjskom krpom mo\u017eete staviti u pe\u0107nicu na 50 stupnjeva, vrata pe\u0107nice ostavite pritvorena uz pomo\u0107 drvene kuha\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Kad je tijesto udvostru\u010dilo volumen prebacite ga na radnu plohu i razvaljajte bez dodatnog mije\u0161enja. Re\u017eite krugove s rupom u sredini. Donuts odlo\u017eite na krpu i pokrijte drugom krpom. Ostavite ih da odmaraju dok ne pove\u0107aju volumen. Sredi\u0161nje dijelove tako\u0111er ostavite sa strane da narastu jer i njih pr\u017eite\u2026 izgledati \u0107e kao male loptice \u2013 fritule. Ulje ne smije biti pretoplo, da je dovoljno ugrijano provjerite drvenom kuha\u010dom \u2013 uronite vrh u vru\u010de ulje, ako se oko njega stvore mjehuri\u010di i po\u010dne cvr\u010dati ulje je spremno za donuts.
