{"id":23246,"date":"2024-01-21T00:07:09","date_gmt":"2024-01-20T23:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=23246"},"modified":"2024-01-21T00:07:09","modified_gmt":"2024-01-20T23:07:09","slug":"mamina-lenja-pita-po-najjednostavnijem-receptu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=23246","title":{"rendered":"MAMINA LENJA PITA PO NAJJEDNOSTAVNIJEM RECEPTU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tijesto:<br \/>\n600 g visokoglutenskog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n200 grama \u0161e\u0107era (smrviti u prah\u2026)<br \/>\n1 pakovanje pra\u0161ka za pecivo (ili 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica sode bikarbone!)<br \/>\n2 umu\u0107ena \u017eumanca<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike pavlake<br \/>\n120 g neotopljene masti<br \/>\nmleko po \u017eelji<\/p>\n<p>Punjenje od jabuka:<\/p>\n<p>Oko 2,5 kg jabuka<br \/>\n2 pakovanja vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nMalo cimeta, karanfili\u0107a i \u0111umbira<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika \u010dokolade u prahu<br \/>\nNekoliko ka\u0161ika mrvica kruha (ili kola\u010di\u0107a).<br \/>\noko 100-150g \u0161e\u0107era (po \u017eelji)<br \/>\n4 bjelanjka (\u010dvrsti snijeg)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Gore navedene sastojke umesiti u testo i ostaviti da malo odstoji.<br \/>\nDa biste napravili fil, ogulite i narendajte jabuke, stavite u dublju posudu i kuvajte na laganoj vatri dok ne porumene i ne omek\u0161aju (jabuke \u0107e pustiti sok, pa nije potrebno dodavati vodu).<br \/>\nOstavite jabuke da se ohlade i odlijte vi\u0161ak te\u010dnosti (!) \u2013 popijte \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nZatim dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, cimet, karanfili\u0107, \u0111umbir, \u010dokoladu u prahu, mrvice i \u0161e\u0107er, pa na kraju lagano umije\u0161ajte \u010dvrst snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Polovinu tijesta razvaljajte, stavite na podmazan i bra\u0161nom posut pleh (najve\u0107i), prema\u017eite filom, pa prekrijte drugim dijelom tijesta.<br \/>\nVilju\u0161kom \u201cizbodite\u201d testo na nekoliko mesta, tek toliko da omogu\u0107i kru\u017eenje vazduha tokom pe\u010denja.<br \/>\nLagano nauljite i pecite u zagrejanoj rerni (190*C) dok lepo ne porumeni (zavisi da li zelite manje ili vise pecenu pitu\u2026) .<br \/>\nIzvadite iz rerne i pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu (po \u017eelji).<br \/>\nMo\u017eete ga i zamrznuti i staviti direktno iz zamrziva\u010da u rernu.
