Zamesite mek\u0161e testo. Istresite na radnu povr\u0161inu i prema\u017eite gornju stranu sa malo ulja. Pokrijte krpom i ostavite da stoji pola sata.<br>\nU tiganj sipajte malo ulja i kada se ugreje sipajte sitno seckan crni luk i pr\u017eite dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Dodajte mleveno meso i dinstajte desetak minuta. Za\u010dinite po ukusu i ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testo podelite na 15 loptica, oblikujte i svaku rasklagijajte u veli\u010dinu plitkog tanjira. Otopite margarin i ulje. Prema\u017eite 4 jufke, redjaju\u0107i jednu na drugu, zatim stavite petu, ali nju ne premazujete. Tako ponovite jo\u0161 dva puta, dobij\u0107ete 3 gomile po 5 jufki. Ostavite da stoji pola sata.<br>\nJednu gomilu rasklagijajte sto tanje i podelite na 15 kvadrata. Na svaki kvadrat stavite po ka\u0161iku fila i presavijte dijagonalno, sa obe strane, tako da \u0107ete dobiti oblik paketi\u0107a.<br>\nOtopljenim margarinom i uljem prema\u017eite pleh ili tepsiju, i re\u0111ajte savijene mantije s\u2019 tim \u0161to \u0107ete preklop okrenuti dole. Isto uradite i sa preostale dve gomile. Savijene i slo\u017eene mantije prema\u017eite ostatkom otopljenog margarina i ulja.<br>\nPecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni 15 minuta zatim smanjite na 180 stepeni i pecite jo\u0161 15 minuta.<br>\nPome\u0161ajte jogurt i pavlaku, dodajte izgnje\u010den beli luk (ja ga nisam stavljala).
