Prvu jufku premazati rastopljenim puterom ili maslom, mo\u017ee se fino razmazati a i ne mora. Preko toga rasporediti sloj tirita<\/p>\n<p>Preko staviti drugu jufku, premazati je puterom i rasporediti sloj oraha<br \/>\nPreko staviti tre\u0107u, premazati i na nju se rasporedi tirit<br \/>\n\u010cetvrtu isto premazati i na nju ponovo staviti orahe<\/p>\n<p>Sve 4 jufke polahko zarolati i staviti na dasku za rezanje. Rezati o\u0161trim no\u017eem na debljinu 3 ili 4cm (ili \u0161irinu no\u017ea). Izrezane kolutove oprezno redati u tepsiju jer sastojci mogu razasuti. Ne treba ih previ\u0161e zbijati ali ni ostaviti prostora izme\u0111u njih.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti u prethodno zagrijanu rernu na 200 stepeni i prvih 10-15 min pe\u0107i a onda smanjiti na 180 i nastaviti pe\u0107i jo\u0161 1 sat. Pe\u010dene su otprilike kad se tepsija prodrma i kolutovi po\u010dnu \u2018hodati\u2019 po njoj.<\/p>\n<p>Zaljeva se dva puta, prvi put rijetkom agdom koja se opet vrati da se kuha da postane gu\u0161\u0107a.
