Sve skupa dobro promije\u0161ati rukom da se sastojci lijepo pro\u017emu i sjedine.<br \/>\nOstatak pancete tanko narezati i prepr\u017eiti naglo na tavici.<\/p>\n<p>Na komad alu folije posipati malo sezama, preko njega rasporediti meso i rukama ga pritisnuti da se dobije oblik pravokutnika cca 2 cm debljine. Po sredini mesa rasporediti pe\u010dene komade pancete i sira pa sve skupa oprezno zarolati u roladu.<br \/>\nPremjestiti roladu u lim na vrelo ulje tako da spojena strana bude ispod, preliti ju uz pomo\u0107 \u017elice tim vrelim uljem pa pe\u0107i pod folijom na 200\u00baC 30 minuta. Nakon toga maknuti foliju doliti vino pa preliti roladu uz pomo\u0107 \u017elice i pe\u0107i do kraja jo\u0161 20-tak minuta. Za to vrijeme roladu jo\u0161 2 puta izvaditi i zaliti sokom od pe\u010denja. Gotova je kad lijepo porumeni.<\/p>\n<p>Malo prohladiti (10 minuta) pa rezati na tanke plo\u0161ke i poslu\u017eiti uz prilog po \u017eelji. Pire krumpir pa\u0161e provjereno i naravno, nezaobilazna selena salata.
