{"id":22740,"date":"2023-12-16T20:06:36","date_gmt":"2023-12-16T19:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22740"},"modified":"2023-12-16T20:06:36","modified_gmt":"2023-12-16T19:06:36","slug":"banana-torta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22740","title":{"rendered":"BANANA TORTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nBISKVIT:<br \/>\n10 jaja<br \/>\n10 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n250 g mljevenih oraha<br \/>\n3 \u017elice o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>KREMA:<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka (2,8 % m.m.)<br \/>\n2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 \u017eutanjaka<br \/>\n6 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n4 \u017elice o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 limun-iscije\u0111eni sok<br \/>\n250 g maslaca (ili pola pola: maslac\/margarin)<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n<p>GLAZURA OD BJELANJAKA:<br \/>\n6 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n10 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2 \u017elice limunovog soka<\/p>\n<p>JO\u0160:<br \/>\ncca 2 velike banane (po potrebi\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>BISKVIT:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nPe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 180 C. Kalup 26 cm oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje (papir na obodu neka bude vi\u0161i od oboda!).<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nUmutite bjelanjke u \u010dvrst snijeg. Naizmjeni\u010dno dodavajte jedan po jedan \u017eumanjka i \u0161e\u0107er. Sve skupa DOBRO umutite \u2013 cca 10-ak min! Dodajte orahe i bra\u0161no.<br \/>\nSmjesu stavite u kalup i pecite cca 30 min.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nBiskvit ohladite. Prere\u017eite 2 puta da dobijete 3 tanje kore.<\/p>\n<p>KREMA:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nMlijeko i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er zagrijte do vrenja.<br \/>\nDok se mlijeko zagrijava, \u017eutanjke dobro umutite sa 6 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era. Dodajte limunov sok i o\u0161tro bra\u0161no.<br \/>\nSkinite mlijeko s vatre i pjenja\u010dom umije\u0161ajte smjesu od jaja. Vratite na vatru i na laganoj vatri kuhajte dok se ne zgusne. Nakon \u0161ta se prohladi par minuta, pokrijte prozirnom folijom. Pustite da se skroz ohladi.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nMaslac sobne temperature pjenasto umutite sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<br \/>\nMikserom umije\u0161ajte u ohla\u0111enu kremu (NAPOMENA: u slu\u010daju da se je krema malo ja\u010de zgusnula razradite je mikserom prije nego umije\u0161ate maslac!).<\/p>\n<p>SLAGANJE KORA I KREME:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nBanane izre\u017eite na tanke plo\u0161kice.<br \/>\nKore nije potrebno natapati s ni\u010dim\u2026<br \/>\nSla\u017eite: 1.kora, sloj kreme, sloj banana, sloj kreme, 2.kora, sloj kreme, sloj banana, sloj kreme, 3.kora, glazura od bjelanjka.<\/p>\n<p>GLAZURA OD BJELANJAKA:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nBjelanjke zajedno sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu stavite u posudu na paru. Tucite mikserom dok ne dobijete \u010dvrsti sjajni snijeg. Kad se po\u010dme lagano hvalati\/lijepiti za stijenke posude, gotovo je te odmah maknite s pare i pustite da se skroz ohladi.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nOhla\u0111enom glazurom prema\u017eite tortu i ukrasite po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/p>\n<p>NAPOMENE:<br \/>\nPrilikom stavljanja papira za pe\u010denje vodite ra\u010duna da papir za pe\u010denje (koji stavljate na obod kalupa) bude VI\u0160I od oboda. Naime, biskvit se tokom pe\u010denja dosta digne, \u010dak se mo\u017ee dogoditi da se digne preko oboda kalupa. Pa za svaki slu\u010daj neka papir bude vi\u0161i od oboda \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nUmjesto cijele mase maslaca (250 g) mo\u017eete staviti kombinaciju pola-pola: maslac-margarin.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo su originalne mjere. Torta sa slike je ra\u0111ena u manjoj koli\u010dini u kalupu od 18 cm. Biskvit sam radila s 3 jaja, a kremu s 2 \u017eutanjka, s tim da sve ostale sastojke prilagodim koli\u010dini jaja\/\u017eumanjaka koje koristim za biskvit\/kremu.<\/p>\n<p>Kore su tanke tako da budite pa\u017eljivi prilikom rezanja. Ako vam 3. (najgornja) kora bude suvi\u0161e tanka (mogu\u0107e ako radite manju masu u manjem kalupu kao ja\u2026), da vam bude lak\u0161e, mo\u017eete je izmrviti i lagano utisnuti u zadnji sloj kreme.
