{"id":22604,"date":"2023-12-05T16:59:51","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T15:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22604"},"modified":"2023-12-05T16:59:51","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T15:59:51","slug":"kokos-roladabez-kuhanja-i-pecenja-za-20-minuta-gotova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22604","title":{"rendered":"KOKOS ROLADA\u2026Bez kuhanja i pe\u010denja za 20 minuta gotova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Potrebno:<\/p>\n<p>Tamni dio:<br \/>\n250 g mljevenog keksa<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kakaa<br \/>\noko 125 ml mlijeka (vrelog)<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ruma<\/p>\n<p>Svijetli dio:<br \/>\n150 g maslaca\/margarina<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n100 g kokosa<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ruma<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nPomje\u0161ati mljeveni keks,\u0161e\u0107er u prahu i kakao i zaliti sa vrelim mlijekom u koje smo dodali \u017elicu ruma.Za po\u010detak dodajte 100 ml .Ako vidite da vam je smjesa suha slobodno dodajte jo\u0161 mlijeka.Smjesu kad uzmete u ruku i stisnete mora ostati zajeno,zna\u010di ne smije se rasipati.Koli\u010dina mlijeka ovisi o vrsti keksa,neki upijaju vi\u0161e teku\u0107ine od drugih.<br \/>\nMargarin pjenasto umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i rumom.Dodati kokos i jos malo mutiti.Smjesa bude relativno mrvi\u010dasta ali ni\u0161ta za to,prilikom valjanja sve se pove\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Postupak:<br \/>\nNaprije napravimo svijetlu smjesu i stavimo u vre\u0107icu od zamrziva\u010da veli\u010dine za 3 kg.Oklagijom rastanjimo i makazama razre\u017eemo dvije stranice<\/p>\n<p>Sa tamnom ponovimo postupak.<br \/>\nTamna smjesa puca prilikom motanja ako se ohladi \u0161to se vidi na mom primjeru.
