Lako se prave, a dobra stvar je \u0161to mogu biti i posne i masne.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\n500 ml vode<br \/>\n40 g svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n20 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20 g soli<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n250 g margarina,<br \/>\noko 1 kg bra\u0161na (900 g za mje\u0161anje) t-400, mekano<br \/>\n1 \u017eumance<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Toploj vodi dodati kvasac i \u0161e\u0107er pa promje\u0161ati. Dodati pola bra\u0161na, so i pola margarina i opet izmije\u0161ati. Najbolje je da je margarin sobne temperature, jer \u0107e se lak\u0161e umijesiti.<\/p>\n<p>Dodavati postepeno bra\u0161no pa umesiti tijesto. Tijesto dobro izraditi pa preliti sa uljem i ostaviti 5 minuta da odmori, da ulje malo upije u tijesto. Zatim ijtesto podijeliti na tri dijela, te svaki dio razvu\u0107i u krug. Od preostalog margarina ostaviti jednu ka\u0161iku, ne previ\u0161e. Na prvi krug nama\u017eite pola preostalog margarina, poklopite drugim krugom pa prema\u017eite sa ostalim margarinom i poklopite sa tre\u0107im krugom. Stisnite malo rukom pa razvucite tijesto u veliki krug. Isjecite ga na 4 pa na 8 delova i onda jo\u0161 svaki na 2 ili 3 dela, zavisno kolike kiflice \u017eelite.<\/p>\n<p>Umotajte, pa posla\u017eite u pleh, zatim prema\u017eite umu\u0107enim \u017eumancetom ili otopljenim margarinom ili oba. Kada posla\u017eete i prema\u017eete kiflice, onda uklju\u010dite rernu da se zagrije na 200 stepeni.<\/p>\n<p>Kiflice \u0107e taman da odstoje dok se rerna ne zagrije.
