Bjelancima dodajte 100 g \u0161e\u0107era pa sve dobro izmiksajte. \u017dumancima dodajte 100 g \u0161e\u0107era pa i to izmiksajte. U smjesu sa \u017eumancima dodajte 5 ka\u0161ika hladne kafe, 100 g oraha, 5 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na s pra\u0161kom za pecivo i 3 ka\u0161ike ulja pa sve dobro promije\u0161ajte i na kraju pa\u017eljivo umije\u0161ajte u snijeg od bjelanaca. Smjesu sipajte u posudu za pe\u010denje i pecite u rerni zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni oko pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>Za fil, mlijeku dodajte 5 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na i 2 \u017eumancetaa pa sve kuhajte uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Pustite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Izmiksajte puter, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pa im dodajte istopljenu \u010dokoladu.
