Sirove le\u0161nike rasporediti po velikom plehu od rerne i ubaciti u rernu zagrejanu na 200 stepeni. Pe\u0107i dok opna ne dobije skroz tamnu boju (skoro crnu) ali ne dopustite da se prepeku. Meni je bilo dovoljno 10 minuta. Odmah ih prebacite na kuhinjsku krpu ili ubrus i protrljajte. Ukoliko neke ne uspete da olju\u0161tite skroz, nema veze jer se ne\u0107e ni osetiti. Ohladite ih. Kad se ohlade sameljite.<\/p>\n<p>Rernu uklju\u010dite na 200 stepeni. Mutite 4 belanca dok ne postanu \u010dvrsta na dodir, postepeno dodajte 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era i mutite jo\u0161 malo. Na kraju ume\u0161ajte varja\u010dom 6 ka\u0161ika mlevenog le\u0161nika, ka\u0161iku bra\u0161na i na vrh ka\u0161i\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo. Kalup (okrugli 24cm) oblo\u017eite pek papirom, prema\u017eite maslacem i pospite bra\u0161nom i izru\u010dite smesu. Pecite 15 minuta na 200 stepeni. Isto ponoviti jo\u0161 2x, treba da dobijete 3 kore. Ostavite da se ohladi pa tek onda odvojite od pek papira.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti penasto 12 \u017eumanaca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodati 9 ka\u0161ika gustina i 2 dcl mleka. Umutiti da nema grudvica. Ostatak mleka staviti da provri. Kad provri malo mleka naspite u smesu sa \u017eumancima, izme\u0161ajte pa sve vratite u provrelo mleko. Me\u0161ajte 2-3 minuta na srednjoj temperaturi dok se ne zgusne. Skinite sa ringle, prekrijte stre\u010d folijom i ohladite. U ohla\u0111enu smesu dodavati ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku umu\u0107enog maslaca omek\u0161alog na sobnoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>Fil podeliti na 3 dela.
