Ovo je stari recept za svima dragi kola\u010d. Nekada se dobro jelo, ba\u0161! A i sada se trudimo da odr\u017eimo tradiciju i s vremena na vreme se \u010dastimo pravim doma\u0107im kola\u010dima.<\/p>\n<p>Makovnja\u010da je lep\u0161a kada je puna fila pa je ja tako i pravim. Ne znam odakle mi recept, samo znam da ga imam odavno i ba\u0161 ovako je spremam godinama. Nadam se da \u0107e vam se dopasti :).<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI :<br \/>\nZa testo :<br \/>\n5oog bra\u0161na,<br \/>\n1 jaje,<br \/>\n2oog putera,<br \/>\n15o ml mleka,<br \/>\n5og \u0161e\u0107era,<br \/>\npola kockice kvasca ili kesica suvog kvasca,<br \/>\nprstohvat soli.<\/p>\n<p>Za fil :<br \/>\n4oog mlevenog maka,<br \/>\n2oog \u0161e\u0107era,<br \/>\nnarendana korica limuna,<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er,<br \/>\n3oo ml mleka,<br \/>\n5og prezli.<\/p>\n<p>Za premaz :<br \/>\n1 \u017eumance,<br \/>\n1 belance.<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA :<br \/>\nU vangli prosejati bra\u0161no i dodati iseckan puter. Dobro sjediniti puter i bra\u0161no.<br \/>\nDodati kvasac koji je prethodno odstojao u mlakom mleku sa \u0161e\u0107erom.<br \/>\nUbaciti jaje i so.<br \/>\nUmesiti glatko, kompraktno testo.<\/p>\n<p>Testo podeliti na dve, tri, jednake jufke i ostaviti ga prekrivenog prijanjaju\u0107om folijom u fri\u017eideru oko 3o minuta.<br \/>\nIzvaditi testo iz fri\u017eidera i rastanjiti ga u pravougaoni oblik, oko pola cm debljine.<br \/>\nMleko staviti da se kuva sa \u0161e\u0107erom pa kada provri dodati mak, prezle, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i koricu limuna.<br \/>\nKuvati dva, tri minuta uz neprestano me\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Skloniti sa \u0161poreta i ostaviti fil da se potpuno ohladi.<br \/>\nOhla\u0111eni fil podeliti na toliko delova koliko imate jufki (u mom slu\u010daju uvek tri).<br \/>\nPremazati svaki deo razvijenog testa ravnomerno, ostavljaju\u0107i po 1 cm od kraja prazan.<\/p>\n<p>Uvijati rolat gusto paze\u0107i da se fil ne istiska.<br \/>\nPore\u0111ajte \u0161trudle u nauljen pleh i ostavite ih da odstoje oko 2o minuta.<br \/>\nPrema\u017eite ih razmu\u0107enim \u017eumancetom i ostavite ih jo\u0161 15 minuta.<br \/>\nZatim prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim belancetom.<br \/>\nOstavite \u0161trudlu jo\u0161 15 minuta, taman dok se rerna zagreje na 18o C.<br \/>\nPecite \u0161trudlu od maka oko pola sata.<br \/>\nSa\u010dekajte da se potpuno oladi pa je isecite na \u0161nite i poslu\u017eite.<br \/>\nPrijatno!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Strudla sa makom je jedna od lep\u0161ih poslastica iz mog detinjstva.
