margarina<br \/>\n290 g ribanog plazma keksa<br \/>\n200 g seckanih oraha<br \/>\n2 dcl soka od pomorand\u017ee<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<\/p>\n<p>keks:<\/p>\n<p>Odvojite belanca od \u017eumanaca<br \/>\nZatim mikserom umutite bjelanjke na najve\u0107oj brzini dok se ne stvore \u010dvrsti snijeg.<br \/>\nPostepeno dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, mije\u0161ajte na velikoj brzini dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi<br \/>\nZatim smanjite brzinu na nisku i dodajte jedno po jedno \u017eumanca, lagano mije\u0161aju\u0107i (mo\u017eete i mikserom)<br \/>\nKada ste dodali sve \u017eumanca, postepeno dodajte mljeveni plazma keks i mljevene orahe uz lagano mije\u0161anje<br \/>\nKola\u010di\u0107e stavite u kalup za tortu koji ste prethodno namazali margarinom i oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje<br \/>\nStavite u zagrejanu rernu i pecite na 200\u00b0C oko 20 minuta<br \/>\nProvjerite \u010da\u010dkalicom ili drvenim \u0161tapi\u0107em.Ako se kola\u010di\u0107 zalijepi kada ga izvadite iz kola\u010di\u0107a, jo\u0161 nije gotov i treba ga jo\u0161 malo pe\u0107i.<br \/>\nPe\u010dene kola\u010di\u0107e ostaviti da se ohlade<\/p>\n<p>krema:<br \/>\nOdvojite bjelanjke od \u017eumanjaka i tako dok se keksi i sok ne potro\u0161e uz stalno me\u0161anje mikserom<br \/>\nNa kraju dodajte seckane orahe, sve dobro izme\u0161ajte i krema je gotova<\/p>\n<p>Caramel Protein patike:<br \/>\nUmutiti bjelanca ostavljena u fri\u017eideru prilikom pravljenja kreme<br \/>\nOd ukupne koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era odvojite 6 ka\u0161ika<br \/>\nU umu\u0107ena belanca postepeno dodavati \u0161e\u0107er (ne dodavati 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era)<br \/>\nZatim karamelizirajte 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era i ulijte u snijeg od bjelanjaka, mije\u0161aju\u0107i smjesu dok dodajete
