U dvije posude odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\n2. Pjenasto umutite omek\u0161ali margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom, te mu dodajte mljevene bademe i prosijano bra\u0161no.<br \/>\n3. Na kraju lagano (mje\u0161aju\u0107i kuha\u010dom) u smjesu dodajte tvrdo tu\u010deni snijeg od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\n4. Smjesu razma\u017eite na lim koji ste prethodno premazali margarinom i pecite u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>5. Za to vrijeme dobro mikserom umutite \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i vanili \u0161e\u0107erom, dok ne dobijete glatku sjajnu smjesu.<br \/>\n6. Kad je tijesto pe\u010deno vi\u0161e od pola, izvadite ga iz pe\u0107nice, te prema\u017eite \u017eutom smjesom.<br \/>\n7. Smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 100\u00b0C, stavite premazano tijesto ponovo pe\u0107i i tako su\u0161ite otprilike 50 minuta do sat vremena. Izvadite iz pe\u0107nice.<\/p>\n<p>8. Za kremu skuhajte mlijeko sa \u0161e\u0107erom, te u vru\u0107e dodajte izmrvljenu \u010dokoladu za kuhanje, margarin i mljevene bademe.<br \/>\n9. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte i prema\u017eite preko osu\u0161enog \u017eutog dijela.<br \/>\n10. Kada se malo ohladi, posipajte za ukras mljevenim bademima ili orasima.<br \/>\n11.
