Dodati ostale sastojke i umesiti meko testo i ostaviti da udvostruci volumen. Nadoslo testo podeliti u 4 jufke. Posebno sjediniti mast, zumanca i brasno i dobro izmesati. Svaku jufku razviti na velicinu veceg tanjira i premazati premazom (sve 4 jufke). Ostaviti pola sata da se odmaraju pa po dve spajati. Razvlaciti na pobrasnavljenom stolnjaku kao kore za pitu, ravnomerno na sve strane.<br \/>\nTesto se rukama razvlaci, a ne oklagijom (jer je i gornja jufka namazana), ne mora biti jaaaako tanko, ali se stvarno super razvlaci.. Pomocu stolnjaka urolati testo s oba kraja da se skoro sastavi na sredini i preseci nozem po duzini. Svaku rolnu iseci poprecno na jednake delove i redjati u pleh (na pek papir). Ostaviti da narastu i premazati umucenim jajetom i posuti semenjem p zelji. Ugrejati rernu na 180 stepeni i peci do rumene boje. Postupak ponoviti i sa drugim delom testa.
