Polako dadavati secer i dalje mutite dok ne dobijete cvrst sneg. Iskljuciti mikser. Lagano dodati mlevene, pecene lesnike i 20 g brasna. Umesati zicom.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nPodmazati i brasnom posuti tepsiju cca. 30x20cm i sipati umucena belanca. Poravnati. Peci 20 minuta na 180 stepeni. Probati cackalicom da li je gotovo.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nZa to vreme napraviti fil. Umutiti 8 zumanaca sa 120 g secera. Tome dodati 50 g brasna i 170 g mleka. Mozete ga kuvati na pari, ali ja volim direktno na ringli na jako slaboj vatri, uz neprestano mesanje zicom. Dodati 90 g cokolade za kuvanje. Kuvati dok se fil ne zgusne. Kada se ohladi dodati 110 g umucenog putera. Sve zajedno dobro umutite mikserom.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nPremazati preko ohladjene kore i odozgo posuti sa 30-ak grama mlevenih pecenih lesnika. Ohladiti.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nIseci na stanglice ili kockice i uzivati.
