{"id":22329,"date":"2023-11-14T23:07:38","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T22:07:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22329"},"modified":"2023-11-14T23:07:38","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T22:07:38","slug":"veliki-lisnati-puz-veoma-ukusan-i-dekorativan-a-i-jednostavno-se-pravi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22329","title":{"rendered":"Veliki Lisnati Pu\u017e Veoma Ukusan I Dekorativan, A I Jednostavno Se Pravi\u2026 :)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa testo:<br \/>\n1 kg (+100 gr) bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n1 kockica (40 gr) sve\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n2 dl mleka<br \/>\n2 dl jogurta<br \/>\n2 dl vode<br \/>\n1 dl ulja<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161i\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Za premaz:<br \/>\n200 gr maslaca<br \/>\n200 gr krem-sira (ili nekog drugog, mazivog)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<p>I jo\u0161:<br \/>\n\u017eumance, 4-5 ka\u0161ika ulja, susam<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nU 2 dl toplog mleka, staviti ka\u0161i\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era, ka\u0161i\u010dicu bra\u0161na i izmrviti kvasac, prome\u0161ati pa ostaviti na toplom mestu da se aktivira.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nZa to vreme, bra\u0161no (1 kg) prosejati i pome\u0161ati sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo.<br \/>\nJogurt, vodu i ulje smla\u010diti, usuti u \u010diniju za me\u0161enje, staviti \u0161e\u0107er i so, aktivirani kvasac i postepeno dodavati bra\u0161no, pa umesiti meko testo.<br \/>\n\u010ciniju sa ume\u0161enim testom prekriti krpom i ostaviti na toplo mesto, najbolje u zatvorenu rernu, da se di\u017ee pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nOmek\u0161ani maslac izme\u0161ati sa sirom (ja sam kasno izvadila maslac iz fri\u017eidera pa sam te\u0161ko sjedinila maslac i sir, ali to ni\u0161ta ne smeta \u2013 druga varijanta je da se testo prema\u017ee sirom a hladan maslac narenda preko toga)<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPodlogu za me\u0161enje pobra\u0161niti i oklagijom razvu\u0107i testo na debljinu od pola prsta (oko 60\u00d740 cm). Opse\u0107i krajeve ako su neravni.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nCelu povr\u0161inu testa pemazati me\u0161avinom maslaca i sira.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nZatim ise\u0107i testo na trake, po \u0161irini, kod mene je bilo osam traka \u0161irine oko 7 cm.<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\nPleh (32 cm) postaviti pek papirom.<\/p>\n<p>Urolati jednu traku i postaviti je na centar pleha.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nZatim uzimati traku po traku i naslanjati je redom, na kraj od prethodne trake (zna\u010di, samo prva rolna je urolana, posle se samo prenose trake i \u201clepe\u201d u krug).
