{"id":22181,"date":"2023-11-05T22:25:37","date_gmt":"2023-11-05T21:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22181"},"modified":"2023-11-05T22:25:37","modified_gmt":"2023-11-05T21:25:37","slug":"starinska-sarma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=22181","title":{"rendered":"Starinska Sarma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ova sarma je bez mesa sa puno crnog luka i praziluka i spremam je samo u rerni.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>1 glavica kiseli kupus<br \/>\n4 glavice crni luk<br \/>\n2 straka praziluk<br \/>\n3 male soljice pirinac<br \/>\n1 kasika sitna aleva paprika<br \/>\n1 kasika krupna ljuta ili slatka paprika<br \/>\nso, biber,lovorov list,ulje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Na ulju proprzimo seckani luk i praziluk,dodamo oprani pirinac i przimo na srednju temperaturu dok pirinac ne dobije staklast sjaj.Dodamo soli,crnog bibera,slatke mlevene paprike i ljuta tucana paprika{ ko ne voli ljuto moze slatka}.<\/p>\n<p>Na dnu posude u koju cemo peci sarmu stavimo malo ulja,ja na dno stavljam sitno seckani sredisnji deo kupusa a preko njega redjam sarmice.Bolje su kad su manje tako da ja listove secem na manje delove i stavljam po jednu ravnu kasiku fila.Na sarmice stavljam 2-3 lovorova lista i preko sarmica stavljam cele listove kupusa tako da sarmice ostaju socnije .Prelivamo vrucom vodom {oko 2 prsta iznad sarme}, malo pouljamo,pokrijemo posudu poklopcem i stavimo u rerni na 180c oko 3,5 do 4 casa.Resetka u rerni je postavljena nize od sredine.<\/p>\n<p>Savet: sto vise luka i praziluka {i ako je sa mesom} sarma se biti ukusnija, dobro je da je posuda za pecenje visa {serpica} kako ne bi kipilo{ ja sam je danas spremala u zemljanoj posudi jer ima poseban ukus} ,ako je posna nemojte stediti na ulju i sto se duze pece to je bolja,normalno temperatura ne treba biti jaka vec umerena \u201d da krcka na tivko\u201d kazemo u Makedoniji.<\/p>\n<p>Kad sklonite listove, sarme su socne a nikako prepecene a kad izvadite sarmicu nema uopste tecnosti, samo malo ulja {ovako mozete proveriti na jednom kraju posude ako niste sigurni dali je gotova}<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Ova sarma je bez mesa sa puno crnog luka i praziluka i spremam je samo u rerni.
