Ako imate pekac za kruh, neka vam on izmjesi tjesto. Nakon duzeg mjesenja\u2026 udarite tjesto nekoliko puta od radnu plocu\/stol.<\/p>\n<p>Neka odmara na toplom oko sat vremena. Kratko ga opet izmjesite (ne dugo) i formirajte u dvije dugacke spage (oko 70 cm). Sredina neka bude malo deblja i prema krajevima sve tanja. Priznajem, ni meni ne uspjeva uvjek.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite pletenicu jos oko 30 min. neka naraste. Premazite jednim zumanjkom u koji ste stavili zlicu tecnog vrhnja (radi sjaja). Pecite ju u prethodno zagrijanoj pecnici na 200 stepeni oko 40 min.<\/p>\n<p>Mozete provjerit sa kucanjem u pletenicu sa donje strane. Ako zvuci suplje, gotova je! Ukusna je i topla i hladna\u2026 moze se zamrznuti kao i mnoge druge kifle i odlicna je i sutra dan.<\/p>\n<p>Savjetujem vam da probate prvo male pletenice plesti, lakse je\u2026 pa onda pokusajte veliku. Ah da, da napomenem, ovo na slikama sto vidite je od duple mjere pletenice.
