U posebnu cinju izrendati mozzarellu. Od alufolije napraviti pravougaonik i nauljiti ga. Preko folije staviti meso i rastanjiti ga na debljinu prsta. Na sredini staviti tanko isecenu pecenicu i preko nje izrendani sir.<\/p>\n<p>Pomocu folije napraviti veknicu tako, da sir i pecenica budu u sredini. Sve zajedno sa folijom prebaciti u pleh, prekriti alufolijom (probusiti je na nekoliko mesta, tako da para moze da izadje).
