Kad tijesto odstoji promijesiti ga u malo bra\u0161na i sije\u0107i otprilike jednake komade od kojih se formiraju kugle.<\/p>\n<p>Oklagijom razvaljati kugle u manje krugove kao za pitu (krugove ne trebaju biti pretanki odnosno ako ho\u0107ete da vam lepine budu punije razvaljati ih debljine 1 cm).<\/p>\n<p>Ponovo pustiti da odstiji oko 30 minuta i zatim pomo\u0107u ravne letvice ili stranom no\u017ea koja nije o\u0161tra praviti \u0161are na lepinama tzv. mre\u017eice.<br \/>\nMre\u017eice se prave pred samo pe\u010denje. Umutiti jedno bjelance pa njime premazati lepine prije pe\u010denja (ko ne voli bjelanca moze odli\u010dno poslu\u017eiti slatko mlijeko za premazivanje).
