U nastavku teksta je recept za predivnu bijelu tortu \u010dije se kore prave od bjelanaca, a kao fil se koristiti starisnki poslasti\u010darski krem od \u017eumanaca i arome vanile. Na kraju se dekori\u0161e kokosom i bijelom \u010dokoladom za dodatni u\u017eitak. Ova torta mo\u017ee da se slu\u017ei i ako imate neku proslavu, ali i ako \u017eelite da se zasladite poslije ukusnog ru\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\nZa fil:<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n300 g kisele pavlake<br \/>\n100 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Za tijesto:<br \/>\n6 bjelanaca<br \/>\n70 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soka od limuna<br \/>\n70 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n80 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Za dekoraciju:<br \/>\nKokos<br \/>\nBijela \u010dokolada<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Odvojite \u017eumanca i bjelanca, pa u \u017eumanca dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, pa dobro umutite. Zatim dodajte bra\u0161no i kiselu pavlaku i lijepo sjedinite. Kuhajte dok se ne zgusne, uz neprestano mije\u0161anje, pa sipajte u posudu i pokrijte providnom folijom. Ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Postepeno u ohla\u0111eni fil dodajte umu\u0107eni maslac sobne temeprature i sjedinite.Kratko umutite bjelanca sa prstohvatom soli, pa dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i limunov sok. Mutite dok ne dobijete \u010dvrst snijeg. Zatim dodajte prosijano bra\u0161no i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i lagano umije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Sipajte smjesu u kalup pre\u010dnika 20 cm, koji ste oblo\u017eili pek papriom i poravnajte. Pecite na 170\u00b0C oko 35-40 minuta. Ohla\u0111enu koru preijsecite na 2 dijela, pa jedan prema\u017eite filom, preko stavite drugu koru i opet prema\u017eite filom. Stavite u fri\u017eider na 2 sata, pa izvadite tortu iz kalupa i cijelu je prema\u017eite preostalim filom. Ukrasite kokosom i rendanom bijelom \u010dokoladom.
