{"id":21898,"date":"2023-10-19T22:03:04","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T21:03:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=21898"},"modified":"2023-10-19T22:03:04","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T21:03:04","slug":"mamina-lenja-pita-od-jabuka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=21898","title":{"rendered":"MAMINA LENJA PITA OD JABUKA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>tijesto<br \/>\n600 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era (sameljite ga u prah\u2026)<br \/>\n1 paketi\u0107 pra\u0161ka za pecivo (ili \u017eli\u010dica sode bikarbone!)<br \/>\n2 umu\u0107ena \u017eumanc<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n120 g nerastopljene masti<br \/>\npo potrebi, mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>fil od jabuka<br \/>\noko 2,5kg jabuka<br \/>\n2 paketi\u0107a vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nmalo cimeta, klin\u010di\u0107a i \u0111umbira<br \/>\n1 \u017elica \u010dokolade u prahu<br \/>\npar \u017elica kru\u0161nih (ili biskvitnih) mrvica<br \/>\noko 100 \u2013 150 g \u0161e\u0107era (po \u017eelji)<br \/>\n4 bjelanca (\u010dvrst snijeg)<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti tijesto i ostaviti da malo odstoji.<br \/>\nZa fil jabuke oguliti, naribati i staviti u duboku zdjelu na laganu vatru, te pirjati dok ne porumene i omek\u0161aju (jabuke same puste sok, tako da netreba nadolijevati vode).<\/p>\n<p>Pustiti jabuke da se ohlade i odliti vi\u0161ak teku\u0107ine (!) \u2013 popijte je ?<br \/>\nZatim dodati vanilin \u0161e\u0107ere, cimet, klin\u010di\u0107, \u0111umbir, \u010dokoladu u prahu, kru\u0161ne mrvice i \u0161e\u0107er, te na kraju lagano umije\u0161ati \u010dvrsti snijeg od bjelanaca.<\/p>\n<p>Razvaljati polovicu tijesta te staviti na nama\u0161tenu i pobra\u0161njenu tepsiju (onu najve\u0107u), rasporediti nadjev, te pokriti drugim dijelom tijesta.<\/p>\n<p>Vilicom \u201cprobu\u0161iti\u201d tijesto na par mjesta, tek toliko da bi imalo zraka prilikom pe\u010denja.<br \/>\nLagano premazati uljem i staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu (190*C) i pe\u0107i sve dok ne dobije lijepu sme\u0111kastu boju (ovisi ako \u017eelite ja\u010de ili slabije pe\u010denu pitu..).<\/p>\n<p>Izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice i hladnu posipati \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu (po \u017eelji).<br \/>\nMo\u017eete je i zamrznuti, a iz zamrziva\u010da ravno u pe\u0107nicu.
