Stopala nama\u010di oko 20 minuta ili dok ne osjeti\u0161 da je ko\u017ea na njima postala mek\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to si namo\u010dila noge, nje\u017eno ih masiraj maskom koju si pripremila. Masiraj stopala pet do 10 minuta, ovisno o tome koliko je ko\u017ea za njima suha. Jednom kada si gotova s pilingom, dobro isperi stopala. Ako se mu\u010di\u0161 s jako tvrdoglavom zadebljanom ko\u017eom, postupak ponovi ili dodatno izribaj kamenom za stopala.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon pilinga, stopala nama\u017ei hidratantnim uljem kako bi zadr\u017eala vlagu u ko\u017ei. Najbolje ulje za to su kokosovo ili jojoba ulje. Za posebno meka stopala predla\u017eemo da odmah nakon nano\u0161enja ulja obu\u010de\u0161 mekane pamu\u010dne \u010darape i nosi\u0161 ih barem pola sata.
