U drugu vodu dodati jednu glavicu sitno naseckanog crnog luka i malo vegete i kuvati pasulj na tihoj vatri da se zrna ne raspadnu. Procediti pasulj i vodu sacuvati.<br \/>\nNa malo ulja izdinstati sitno secene 2 glavice crnog luka, dodati beli luk i sitne crvene paprike. Na to staviti procedjeni pasulj, proprziti ga i dodati soli i bibera po ukusu i persunovog lista. Doliti malo vode u kojoj se pasulj kuvao, samo malo da se razredi. Tako pripremljenim pasuljem puniti ociscene paprike koje treba malo posoliti iznutra. Stavljati paprike u veci pekac ili vatrostalnu posudu. Ako vam je ostalo jos pasulja staviti ga izmedju paprika, preliti sa jos malooo tecnosti i malo ulja. Peci u rerni na 180\u2014200 stepeni oko 1 sat.
