Mleko podgrejati na mlako, tako da ne pe\u010de prst. Sipati mleko na masu, dodati bra\u0161no u koje smo ume\u0161ali suvi kvasac.<br \/>\nNema potrebe da sumnjate u isti, po\u0161to je mnogo br\u017ee i lak\u0161e nego \u010dekati da nadodje sve\u017ei kvasac. Plus \u2013 manje se oseti u testu.<\/p>\n<p>Onda ostaje da se testo dobro umesi u posudi, pa kada se sjedini, izvaditi ga jo\u0161 malo na dasku i mesiti da bude skroz glatko.<br \/>\nPoenta u brzini ovih poga\u010dica je \u0161to testo ne treba ostavljati da raste, nego se razvija \u010dim smo ga umesili.<\/p>\n<p>Razvija se na prst debljine (mangupu je prva tura ispala malo tanja, ali sa drugom je ve\u0107 u\u0161ao u \u0161tos).<br \/>\nNakon toga, no\u017eem po gornjem delu testa napravimo useke u obliku kvadrati\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Poga\u010dice vadimo \u0161to manjom modlom, \u010da\u0161ica od rakije bila bi odli\u010dna mera (sem ako neko ne pije rakiju iz one 2 \u2013 decilitarske \u010da\u0161e).<br \/>\nKada smo povadili poga\u010dice, u tepsiju stavimo papir za pe\u010denje i na njega posla\u017eemo iste.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavimo ih da odstoje nekih pola sata ili malo vi\u0161e.
