Ipak, tokom prolje\u0107a i ljeta lako zaboravimo na nju, jer ve\u0107ina vi\u0161e konzumira one vrste vo\u0107a koje su dostupne kratko u tom periodu. Prva pomisao je mirisna i slasna pita od jabuka.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je veoma jednostavna i jeftina poslastica, koja ne zahtjeva mnogo vremena za pripremu, a mo\u017ee da po\u010dasti mnogo ljudi odjednom.<\/p>\n<p>Uz \u0161oljicu \u010daja ili kafe bi\u0107e pravo okrepljenje poslije napornog dana.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>500 gr tankih kora za pitu<br \/>\n1 kg nakiselih jabuka<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike griza<br \/>\n8 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica cimeta<br \/>\n50 gr suvog gro\u017e\u0111a<br \/>\n2 kesice vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1,5 dl ulja<br \/>\n1 dl kisele vode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nKore za pitu podijelite na grupe od po \u010detiri lista. Suvo gro\u017e\u0111e potopite u \u0161oljicu vode i ostavite da stoji najmanje 15 minuta. Jabuke o\u010distite, pa ih izrendajte i izmije\u0161ajte sa grizom, 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era, vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, cimetom i suhim gro\u017e\u0111em.<\/p>\n<p>Griz \u0107e iz jabuka pokupiti svu te\u010dnost, pa pita ne\u0107e biti gnjecava.<\/p>\n<p>Kiselu vodu i ulje izmije\u0161ajte, pa me\u0161avinom premazujte kore; tre\u0107u koru pospite ka\u0161ikom \u0161e\u0107era, stavite \u010detvrtu koru i na nju rasporedite \u010detvrtinu fila.<\/p>\n<p>Kore savijte u rolat, a rolate pore\u0111ajte u podmazan pleh.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatkom mje\u0161avine ulja i kisele vode prema\u017eite rolate jednako, pa pitu stavite u hladnu rernu, a onda je uklju\u010dite na 180 stepeni i pecite dok pita ne porumeni, najmanje 45 minuta. Ovakvim na\u010dinom pe\u010denja kore ne\u0107e preplanuti, a jabuke ostati \u017eive, ve\u0107 \u0107e se sve jednako i ravnomerno ispe\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je pita pe\u010dena, izvadite je iz rerne i ostavite da se ohladi.
