Skloniti sa sporeta i ocjediti (dobro ocjediti, najbolje u gazi, najbolje neka se cijedi 2 sata :D)<br \/>\nOtopiti maslac u serpi, i onda dodati prethodno ocjedjeni sir. Dok se topi na slaboj vatri dodati sol i kajmak. Mijesati konstantno!!! Kada se skoro sav sir otopi dodati i sodu bikarbonu. Bez panike, kada se pocne dizati samo dobro mijesati jos nekih 5-10 min. Pazite na jacinu, neka too bude srednja temperatura. Samo pazljivo :)))<br \/>\nOtopljeni sir sipati u prethodno uljem premazan kalup po vasoj zelji..
