Tikvice ogulite i naseckajte na kocke. Luk o\u010distite, pa ga isjeckajte. Na hladno ulje stavite luk, izgnje\u010deni bijeli luk i tikvice, izmje\u0161ajte, pa sve zajedno prodinstajte.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte biljni za\u010din i ri\u017eu, kratko jo\u0161 malo dinstajte, pa u to umije\u0161ajte maslac, kocku za koko\u0161ju supu, soli i bibera po \u017eelji i sve to zalijte sa oko 8 dl vode. Dobro promije\u0161ajte i kuhajte poklopljeno na tihoj vatri uz povremeno mije\u0161anje.<br \/>\n3. Kad ri\u017ea napola omek\u0161a, dodajte vino, bosiljak i nasjeckani per\u0161un.<br \/>\n4.
