Paprike o\u010distiti od peteljki i semenki, oprati ih pa ih pore\u0111ati na tanjir oblo\u017een pamu\u010dnom krpom da se lepo osu\u0161e. Kupus prebaciti u vanglu, pa postepeno soliti sa dve supene ka\u0161ike soli i rukama me\u0161ati da so do\u0111e svuda. Ostaviti da stoji oko sat vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Suve paprike iznutra pomalo posoliti, pore\u0111ati u tepsiju i staviti da i one stoje oko sat vremena. U 5 l vode rastvoriti 150 g soli i me\u0161ati dok se so potpuno ne istopi.<\/p>\n<p>Paprike do vrha puniti kupusom i re\u0111ati u plasti\u010dnu posudu. Ako vam je ostalo malo kupusa, pore\u0111ajte ga preko i izme\u0111u paprika. Zatim preliti slanom vodom, koju ste prethodno prome\u0161ali. Odozgo poklopiti tanjirom, pritisnuti i ostaviti da stoji 15 dana.
