Ubacivati po desetak paprika u kipucu vodu i kratko ih bariti, samo da prebace \u201ckljuc\u201d. Vaditi ih resetkastom kasikom u vanglicu<\/p>\n<p>Bijeli luk ocistiti i samljeti na masinu za meso, dodati sjeckani persun i celer, ulje, hren, so i na kraju esenac. Paprike puniti filom tako da u svaku stavimo po jednu vrhom punu kafenu kasicicu smjese. Redati ih u dublju serpu ili vanglu jednu na drugu. Prekriti cistom krpom ili poklopiti i ostaviti da odstoje 2-3 dana, da puste sok.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremljene paprike presloziti u vece tegle i zaliti ocijedjenim sokom, po zelji mozete ubaciti i bibera u zrnu, samo nemojte prepunjavati tegle.
