Ukoliko ne zavr\u0161i u tosteru stari hljeb se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e iskoristi za pr\u017eenice koje mnogi ne vole zato \u0161to su previ\u0161e masne.<\/p>\n<p>Sre\u0107na republika vam nudi malo druga\u010diji recept za ovo popularno jelo koje je mnogo manje masno zato \u0161to se ne pr\u017ei ve\u0107 pe\u010de. Pr\u017eenice iz rerne su brz, jeftin i ukusan doru\u010dak koji \u0107e va\u0161i uku\u0107ani obo\u017eavati. Najbolje od svega je \u0161to se mogu praviti razne kombinacije, pa se u smjesu sa sirom mo\u017ee dodavati sitno sjeckana \u0161unka, pe\u010denica, suhi vrati ili ve\u0107 ko \u0161ta voli. Kad se ispeku mogu se posuti sa \u0161akom rendanog ka\u010dkavalja a i ne mora. Najbolje se sla\u017eu uz \u010da\u0161u jogurta.<\/p>\n<p>Za razliku od obi\u010dnih pr\u017eenica koje vrlo brzo stvrdnu i izgube prvobitan ukus, u ovoj kombinaciji \u0161to du\u017ee stoje to su ukusnije. Mo\u017eete ih jesti i za ve\u010deru ukoliko vam koje par\u010de preostane od doru\u010dka. Jedina mana im je \u0161to \u0107ete po\u017eeleti da ih pravite svaki dan.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>8 kri\u0161ki starog hljeba<br \/>\n300 g sira<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Hljeb isje\u0107i na kri\u0161ke srednje debljine. U dubljem tanjiru umutiti 2 jaja pa dodati sir koji se izgnje\u010di kako bi se napravila kompaktna masa. Ukoliko koristite stariji sir mo\u017eete sipati malo mlijeka tek toliko da dobijete ujedna\u010denu smjesu kojom \u0107ete filovati kri\u0161ke. Hljeb umo\u010diti u tanjir s mleko ali vodite ra\u010duna da se ne natopi previ\u0161e, bukvalno ga samo ubacite i okrenite u tanjiru, a potom natopljena par\u010dad pore\u0111ati u pleh sa papirom za pe\u010denje. Na svaku kri\u0161ku ka\u0161ikom sipati prethodno napravljenu smjesu od sira i jaja. Po \u017eelji u ovu smjesu mo\u017eete dodati sjeckanu \u0161unku ili \u0161ta ve\u0107 volite. Sve ubaciti u rernu i pe\u0107i 15 do 20 minuta na 200 stepeni dok korica ne postane zlatno \u017euta. Kad su pr\u017eenice gotove mo\u017eete ih posuti \u0161akom rendanog ka\u010dkavalja ukoliko volite i vratite u vrelu rernu tek toliko da se sir istopi.
