Mleveni paradaiz staviti u posudu dodati so, \u0161e\u0107er, sitno seckan per\u0161un i 2 feferone na vrhu malo narezane( ko ne voli ljuto nek ne stavlja feferone).<\/p>\n<p>Staviti da se kuva, kad provri kuvati 15 minuta i toplo pakovati u fla\u0161ice. Fla\u0161ice dobro zatvoriti i u\u0161u\u0161kati krpama da stoji tako dok se ne ohladi. Pre pakovanja feferone izvaditi (pojesti ko voli ljuto).Ovu koli\u010dinu mlevena paradaiza kuvam iz dva puta, zbog toga \u0161to boja ostaje lep\u0161a a kad je manja koli\u010dina pri kuvanju manje se kuva i ostaje vi\u0161e vitamina.Za pakovanje su podesne i boce od 7dcl sa \u0161irokim zatvara\u010dem.<\/p>\n<p>Ja ne grejem ni flase ni tegle, nikada mi niti jedna nije pukla, a sipam vruce. Samo ih drzim sa kuhinjskom rukavicom ili obicnom ispresavijanom krpom da me ne opece. Kada zatvorim flase ili tegle okrenem naopacke na par minuta i to je to. Nista se ne kvari, ne stavljam konervans, samo tako pripremljenu zimnicu treba relativno brzo potrositi.
