Vilju\u0161kom ume\u0161ajte sve, tako da \u201ctesto\u201d izgleda kao da je sastavljeno od gomile grumuljica. Dodajte jaje, pa vanilu i vodu pa sve umesite. Dobijeno testo umotajte u plasti\u010dnu foliju i ostvite da odstoji u fri\u017eideru oko 30 minuta. Zatim ga izvadite, istanjite oklagijom i stavite ga u odgovaraju\u0107i okrugli pleh ili silikonsku modlu (oblik kao za ameri\u010dku pitu). Ostavite testo da tako odstoji jo\u0161 30 minuta u fri\u017eideru, pa zatim na njega stavite papir za pe\u010denje i dve \u0161olje pasulja, pa tako pecite 15 minuta na 180 stepeni. Pasulj je tu da spre\u010di testo da naraste (treba da ostane tanko i hrskavo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posle 15 minuta izvadite pasulj, pa pecite jo\u0161 15 minuta. Ostavite da se korica prohladi i ivadite je iz pleha \u2013 \u010destitamo, imate koricu za tart!<br>\nSad je red da napravite karamel punjenje, koje je zaista lako. Jednostavno pome\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er i vodu, stavite na ringlu na srednju temperaturu i pustite da se sve otopi i karamelizuje. Ne me\u0161ajte varja\u010dom ili ka\u0161ikom, da se ne bi kristalizovalo, ve\u0107 samo \u0161erpu povremeno prodrmajte. Kad \u0161e\u0107er dobije lepu boju karamele, dodajte slatku pavlaku i kuvajte jo\u0161 dva minuta. Zatim sklonite sa vatre, dodajte slatku pavlaku i malo soli, pome\u0161ajte sve i dobijenu karamelu ulijte u va\u0161u koricu dok je karamela jo\u0161 vrela. Ostavite sve da se ohladi dok napravite \u201cgana\u0161\u201d preliv.<br>\nZa preliv jednostavno pome\u0161ajte \u010dokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom i istopite u mikrotalasnoj ili na pari.
